A123bt Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

1 Settings

For the purposes of this document, the terms below have the following meanings:

• "Platform" — the a123bt.net website and all services available on it, including Sports Betting, slots, Live Casino, crash games, the VIP program, and promotions.
• "User" or "you" — any individual aged 18 or over who registers and uses the a123bt platform.
• "Account" — the individual profile created by the user upon registration, linked to a unique CPF and email address.
• "Real Balance" — amounts deposited by the user or received as winnings or rollover-free cashback, available for immediate withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" — amounts awarded through promotions are subject to a rollover requirement before they can be converted to real balance and made available for withdrawal.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity verification process required by Brazil's sports betting market regulations.
• "Pix" — the instant payment system from the Central Bank of Brazil, and the primary deposit and withdrawal method on the platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To create an account on a123bt and use its services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration;
• Be a Brazilian resident with a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Not be an employee, partner, representative or first-degree relative of an a123bt employee;
• Not have had a previous account closed due to a violation of these terms;
• Not be listed on any player exclusion lists from licensed platforms in Brazil;
• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration.

Each user may hold only a single account on a123bt. Duplicate accounts identified by the platform will be closed, bonus balances will be cancelled, and pending withdrawals may be held for audit. The net real balance (after deduction of any irregular bonuses) will be returned to the user once the audit is complete.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

A123bt may request identity verification at any time, and it is mandatory for:

• Cumulative withdrawals above R$ 500.00;
• First withdrawal request on accounts with no activity for more than 30 days;
• Any situation that raises reasonable doubt about the identity of the account holder.

Documents typically requested include: a government-issued photo ID (RG or CNH), proof of address issued within the last 90 days, and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for the deposit.

Documents must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the request. Accounts that do not complete verification within this period may have withdrawals temporarily suspended until the matter is resolved. a123bt commits to processing submitted documents within 48 business hours.

4 Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Methods

A123bt accepts the following deposit methods, all available to residents in Brazil:

• Pix — primary method, credited in seconds, available 24 hours a day;
• Boleto bancário — processing time of up to 1 business day;
• Credit or debit card — Visa, Mastercard and Elo;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago;
• TED Bank Transfer — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco and Banco do Brasil.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, transactions above R$ 10,000.00 may be subject to additional verification in accordance with Brazil's anti-money laundering regulations.

4.3 Third-Party Deposits

A123bt does not accept deposits made by third parties. All deposits must be made by the account holder using payment methods registered in their own name or CPF. Deposits identified as coming from a third party will be returned and the account may be investigated.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix to the user's registered key. The standard processing time is up to 30 minutes after approval. VIP Diamond members have their withdrawals processed in up to 5 minutes.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00 as real balance. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — only after the applicable rollover is met and the balance is converted to real balance.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

A123bt may temporarily place a withdrawal on hold in the following cases:

• Pending identity verification (KYC);
• Evidence of suspicious activity, fraud or breach of these terms;
• An active bonus rollover not yet completed — in this case, only the net real balance (excluding the bonus) may be withdrawn, and the bonus will be cancelled;
• Mismatch between the deposit method and the Pix key provided for withdrawal.

5.4 Early Withdrawal with an Active Bonus

If a user requests a withdrawal while a bonus is active (rollover not yet completed), the bonus balance and any winnings derived exclusively from that bonus will be cancelled. The real deposited balance (net of bets placed) will be withdrawn normally.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All a123bt promotions are subject to specific terms published on the Promotions page. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are:

• Each bonus has a specific rollover requirement (between 15x and 35x), clearly disclosed before activation;
• Rollover is calculated on the bonus amount received, not on the deposit;
• Bets with odds below 1.50 per selection in parlay bets generally do not count toward rollover — refer to each promotion's specific terms;
• Unused bonuses expire 7 calendar days after activation, unless otherwise stated;
• A123bt reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is suspicion of abuse or breach of promotional terms.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

The 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 1,000.00 plus 200 free spins applies exclusively to the first deposit of new users. 35x rollover on the bonus amount. Minimum deposit of R$ 20.00 via any accepted method. The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once under any circumstances.

6.3 VIP Cashback

The VIP Program's weekly cashback is credited as real balance (no rollover) every Monday, calculated on net losses from the previous week (Monday through Sunday). The percentage varies by VIP level: Bronze 5%, Silver 10%, Gold 15%, Platinum 20%, and Diamond 25%.

7 Sports Betting

Sports bets on a123bt are subject to the following general rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user, except when the event is cancelled or suspended by the relevant authority before it begins;
• If an event is cancelled or postponed to a date outside the 48-hour window from the original start time, all bets are refunded as real balance;
• A123bt reserves the right to correct odds errors caused by technical failures — bets placed at odds that are clearly incorrect (outside a reasonable market range) may be cancelled and refunded;
• Live bets are processed at the odds available at the time of confirmation, which may differ from those displayed while the screen was loading;
• Bets on Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, and Libertadores matches follow the official rules of their respective governing bodies (CBF and CONMEBOL).

8 Casino Games

The slots, Live Casino, and Crash Games available on a123bt are provided by internationally licensed third-party providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Spribe). The following points apply:

• All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG), ensuring fair results that are independent of previous bets;
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is set by the provider and is available in the game information section on the platform;
• In the event of a technical failure during a round (connection drop, server error), the round will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the user's balance;

9 VIP Program

A123bt's VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The program's general rules are:

• Level progression is based on accumulated bet volume and/or VIP points earned through activities on the platform;
• VIP levels never decrease — once reached, a level is maintained permanently, regardless of any period of inactivity;
• The no-rollover VIP cashback is the program's core benefit, credited every Monday as real balance;
• Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members have access to a dedicated personal VIP manager available for account-related queries, withdrawals, and exclusive promotions;
• A123bt reserves the right to modify level progression criteria with 15 days' prior notice to affected members;
• No retroactive changes will be applied to tiers already achieved.

10 User Conduct

Use of the a123bt platform is subject to compliance with the following rules of conduct:

• Do not use automation software, bots, scripts, or any tool that simulates or accelerates human activity on the platform;
• Not attempt to circumvent security systems, betting limits, or bonus conditions in any way;
• Do not use your account for money laundering or any activity that is illegal under Brazilian law;
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone — account security is solely the account holder's responsibility;
• Treat our support team and other users with respect — abusive or threatening language may result in account termination;
• Notify support immediately if you detect any unauthorized access to your account or any irregularities.

11 Account Closure

11.1 Account Closure by the User

You can close your account at any time by contacting support via live chat or at contato@a123bt.net. Any available real balance will be withdrawn via Pix within up to 5 business days of the closure request. Bonus balances with pending rollover are cancelled upon closure.

11.2 Closure by a123bt

A123bt may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or use of insider information;
• Discovery that the user is under 18 years of age;
• Creating multiple accounts;
• Any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform or harms other users.

In cases of account closure due to a serious violation, any bonus balance will be fully cancelled. Real balance will be returned following an audit, which may take up to 30 days.

12 Responsible Gambling

A123bt actively promotes responsible gaming and makes the following tools available to all users directly in the account dashboard:

• Deposit limit — set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on your deposits;
• Temporary Pause — suspend your account for a set period (1 day, 1 week, 1 month);
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanently close your account with a re-registration restriction;
• Bet History — track all transactions and gaming sessions directly from your dashboard.

Sports betting is a form of entertainment — not a guaranteed source of income. a123bt strongly recommends that you never wager amounts you cannot afford to lose, and that you seek professional help if you notice signs of compulsive gambling behavior.

13 Privacy & LGPD

A123bt handles personal data in strict compliance with the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018). The data collected — name, CPF, email, address, and payment information — is used exclusively for:

• Creating and maintaining the user's account;
• Processing deposits and withdrawals;
• Identity verification (KYC) and fraud prevention;
• Communications regarding promotions, account updates, and notifications;
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations applicable in Brazil.

14 Limitation of Liability

A123bt is not responsible for:

• Losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user — the outcome of games and sports bets is beyond the platform's control;
• Temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events;
• Unauthorized access to the user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials;
• Deposit delays caused by third-party payment systems (banks, card processors, the Central Bank);
• Game content provided by third-party suppliers — any disputes regarding game results must be submitted to support for investigation with the relevant provider.

A123bt's total liability in any situation is limited to the real balance available in the user's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

15 Changes to Terms

A123bt may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to the registered email address at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes tacit acceptance of the new terms.

Changes required by updates to Brazilian law or by order of a regulatory authority may take effect immediately, without the 15-day notice period — in such cases, users will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

16 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from the interpretation or enforcement of these terms will first be referred to amicable resolution through a123bt's support team. If the dispute remains unresolved, the parties agree that the courts of the user's place of residence in Brazil shall have exclusive jurisdiction, waiving any other venue, however privileged.
